As a Health Consultant, your primary responsibilities may include:

Project Management and System Implementation

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of health systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, coordinating closely with client and internal teams to meet project milestones.

  • Support process map development from current state to future state

  • Oversee workstream(s) to uphold business intent and delivery goals

Stakeholder Engagement and Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with clinical and operational goals.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system performance and user satisfaction, regularly tracking and reporting outcomes to clients and senior management.

  • Use analytics to identify trends and develop recommendations for continuous improvement for health systems

Executive Communications

  • Leverage storytelling best practices and frameworks to support executive messaging

  • Use data-driven insights to shape executive communications

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills to navigate workstream ownership and project team communications

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-quality system delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to build technical expertise and project management skills within the team.

Industry Best Practices and Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on healthcare trends and regulatory changes, ensuring solutions meet the latest industry standards and best practices.

  • Contribute to thought leadership by supporting offering or business development; share perspective and actively engage with teams to progress point of views

Travel - as needed, up to 80%

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal or external client facing consulting role with healthcare payer and/or provider clients

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
