Job description

The technical operator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of beta site production processes including making the product and assisting with product durability testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Synthesis Preparation
• Loading and Unloading Equipment
• Product Assembly
• Product Quality and Durability Testing
• Documentation
• Safety Compliance
• Collaboration
• Cleanliness of Process Room

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing or lab setting can be replaced for the associate degree. 

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical role is preferred but not required. 

Certifications: The job requires the use of a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) positive pressure face fitted respirator. The technical operator must be able to pass a respirator health examination and be willing to have a clean-shaven face.

Weight Requirements: The job requires regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
