What You'll Do:

As a Technical Operator II, you'll help ensure the safe and efficient processing of reusable plastic containers (RPCs) within our service center operations. This hands-on role combines production operations with forklift responsibilities to support throughput, quality, and food safety standards. In this role, you will:

  • Inspect reusable containers for quality and food safety compliance
  • Load, unload, stage, stack, and transfer materials throughout the service center
  • Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment
  • Support production line operations and monitor workflow to maintain efficiency
  • Operate automated equipment, touchscreen controls, scanners, and machinery interfaces
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Complete required documentation, audits, and inventory-related tasks
  • Follow safety, quality, food safety, and operational procedures
  • Support multiple areas of the operation as business needs require
What We Are Looking For:

We're seeking dependable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate basic English
  • Previous forklift operating experience required; certification preferred
  • Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling environments
  • Comfortable operating machinery and equipment technology, including touchscreen interfaces
  • Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift)
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Perform repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting motions
  • Work in varying temperature conditions
Pay and Perks:
  • Pay: $00.00/hr, plus a $0.00 shift differential for XX shift hours
