About Circadia Health

Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines:

  1. Contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy

  2. Native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance

  3. Enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows

Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

About the Role

Our technology is only as powerful as the engineers who build it and the systems they create. As we expand nationally across skilled nursing, home health, and virtual care, we need a technical recruiter who can source, engage, and close exceptional engineering and product talent - someone who's fluent enough in our tech stack to earn credibility with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will own end-to-end recruiting across Engineering and Product, from sourcing to close, enabling Circadia to scale responsibly and quickly.

This is not just a recruiting role. It is a scale role.

This role requires 5 days per week in our El Segundo, CA office during your first 30 days for onboarding and ramp-up, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote thereafter.

What You'll Do

Own Hiring End-to-End
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles - from sourcing to close - ensuring quality, speed, and consistency as we scale.

Build a Durable Technical Talent Engine
Create scalable sourcing strategies, referral programs, and outbound pipelines to support rapid, high-growth hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data.

Partner Deeply with Engineering & Product Leadership
Work closely with hiring managers and the Executive team to forecast hiring needs, define role scorecards, and align technical hiring plans with the product roadmap and company strategy.

Raise the Bar on Quality
Develop structured interview frameworks, technical assessment processes, and competency models so every hire meets Circadia's bar for excellence and ownership.

Optimize Speed Without Sacrificing Rigor
Continuously improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager confidence in a high-growth startup environment.

Scale the Function
Over time, build and lead a high-impact technical recruiting team with clear metrics, accountability, and development pathways.

Own Recruiting Operations & Data
Maintain reporting on pipeline health, hiring velocity, and forecast risk. Translate insights into action.

Be a Steward of the Circadia Brand
Serve as a trusted ambassador to engineering and product candidates - clearly and authentically communicating our mission, expectations, and culture of "relentless ownership."

Must-Have-Qualifications
  • 6-12+ years in technical talent acquisition or People leadership roles, ideally within a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven experience hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple states or distributed/remote teams
  • Demonstrated success building recruiting infrastructure and processes from scratch in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry, engineering roles, and competitive talent market
  • Experience owning time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable owning recruiting dashboards and workforce forecasting
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence executives, engineering leaders, and technical operators alike
  • Thrives in startup intensity; comfortable juggling multiple priorities with urgency
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience building recruiting systems from the ground up
  • Experience recruiting within the healthtech or health-adjacent industry
  • Prior leadership of recruiting teams
  • Exposure to venture-backed, high-growth environments
$150,000 - $220,000 a year

As a full-time Recruiter you will be employed by Circadia Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $220,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Annual salary is only one part of an employee's total compensation package at Circadia Health. We also offer:

  • Meaningful employee stock options
  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidays
