Job Description Technical Operator - Day Shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) Location: Fort Worth Plant Are you passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes and making a direct impact on production efficiency. We are looking for a skilled Technical Operator to join our team

In this role, you'll contribute to the design, integration, and maintenance of plant activities, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a technical mindset and enjoy solving challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What you'll do: Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space, and equipment layout.

Ensure product and process quality by designing and implementing testing methods and verifying finished products and processes. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data on products and processes. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring equipment stays operational.

Develop, update, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on continuous improvements. Lead training sessions on SOPs for plant floor staff. Oversee design and development projects, providing training and guidance to operators and technicians.

Operate packaging lines when needed to maintain production. Contribute to team efforts and collaborate on Continuous Improvement activities. Identify, propose, and implement cost-reduction activities.

Support Research and Development efforts by running trials and engaging in design discussions. Travel for technical transfers, factory acceptance tests, and professional development/training when required. What we're looking for: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic math skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data. Eagerness to learn and develop Manufacturing Best Practices. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to support projects.

Ability to manage conflicts and find solutions. Familiarity with continuous improvement principles and practices. Strong technical aptitude - technical background is a plus.

Proficiency with computer programs/software. Commitment to safe work habits and excellent work ethics. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Familiarity with adult learning/training principles. Knowledge of SOPs, including cleaning, startup, safety, operation, and CQP.

Excellent organizational skills. Willingness to complete training on operating equipment as needed. Special Training/Certification Required: Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment, SQF Quality, and Food Safety.

Completion of training and qualification on specific work centers. Successful completion of a mechanical aptitude test. Additional Information: Shift: Day shift (6:00 a.m
