Role Description

West End Entertainment is seeking a full(ish)-time A&R Intern to join our on-site team in Manhattan. As an A&R Intern, you will support artist scouting, research new talent, assist with music catalog organization, and contribute to creative development projects. Additional duties include assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting artist relations to ensure smooth workflows. This position is unpaid.


Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and assess new talent
  • Knowledge of music trends paired with a passion for artist development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team setting
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle administrative duties
