Director of Revenue Cycle Management needed for large hospital organization in beautiful SE Texas. location.  BS, Accounting, Finance, with 10+ years of strong Revenue Cycle Management leadership in general acute care setting.  Must have strong accomplishments and steady work history.  Director exp. of at least 6+ years.  MUST have general acute care hospital experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

Director of Revenue Cycle Management --hospital Revenue, Billing, A/R, A/P, collections, Physician Clinic Accounting and Billing, etc.  Organization has over 500+ providers and will have over 80+ FTE's.

Provides strategic leadership for all revenue cycle processes and is responsible for billing, collection, and coding policies, processes and performance.

2.Ensures customer needs are in the forefront and are identified, monitored, and practices modified to maximize customer satisfaction and optimal reimbursement.

  3.Interacts with clinical departments to ensure goals are achieved and/or issues are being timely and appropriately addressed ultimately resulting in department satisfaction and optimal resolution of AR.

4.Develops a solid and communicative relationship with the Director of the SBO to coordinate efforts to resolve patient, practice or provider issues.

5.Performs other duties as assigned by Vice President.
