RÉPARTITEUR/RÉPARTITRICE AU 911

DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE

Sous la supervision du chef d’équipe, le répartiteur 911 répond aux appels d’urgence en provenance du public ainsi qu’à ceux des intervenants d’urgence. Il doit veiller à assurer la réception, le triage et la répartition de ces appels notamment les appels d’urgence 911, ambulance et incendie, ainsi qu’à procéder à la saisie et à la consultation des données conformément aux procédures établies. Il doit également donner des directives à l’appelant pour l’aider prodiguer des soins d’urgence et pour sécuriser la scène avant l’arrivée des intervenants sur place.

  • Être disponible à temps complet pour travailler sur des quarts de travail rotatifs de jour, de soir, de nuit, et ce, tout au long de l’année
  • Dois répondre aux exigences du ministère de la Sécurité publique : acuité visuelle et auditive, stabilité psychologique et résistance au stress
  • N’avoir aucun empêchement judiciaire en lien avec l’emploi
