Job description

Office Administrator - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 80k/year - Canoga Park, CA

  • Our client, an established manufacturing company, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their onsite team in Canoga Park, CA. This position provides administrative and sales support to the sales and technical teams, with responsibilities spanning CRM data entry, calendar and meeting coordination, customer correspondence, document management, sales pipeline support, and technical document formatting. The Office Administrator will also assist with customer outreach and day-to-day office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and technical teams
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas and accurately document meeting information and minutes
  • Perform CRM data entry and maintain customer, sales activity, and opportunity information
  • Organize email correspondence and distribute incoming communications
  • Manage sales calendars and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with clients and customers
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or department
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, records, and documents
  • Attend company workshops and training sessions as requested
  • Support sales pipeline activities, including maintaining activity and opportunity information and conducting outreach to current customers
  • Assist the technical director with formatting, organizing, and maintaining technical documents and documentation
  • Use Microsoft Office and related business applications for administrative, document, scheduling, and data management activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 3+ years of Professional Office experience required
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Canoga Park, CA
