  • Professional designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are a plus
  • Proficiency with EPIC, AMS360, or TAM
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
