A growing manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities with a strong focus on welding operations, manufacturing efficiency, safety, and quality.

This onsite opportunity offers $71,000-$80,000 and is ideal for candidates with production leadership experience in welding and industrial manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production and welding operations
  • Oversee MIG, TIG, and robotic welding processes
  • Coordinate schedules, labor, and workflow to meet production targets
  • Support quality initiatives and production efficiency improvements
  • Monitor KPIs including output, efficiency, scrap, and rework
  • Lead production employees, welders, and operators
