Starting wages range between $30-$40 depending on experience with final rates determined by the hiring manager at an interview.
Additional $2 differential for 3rd shift positions.
$1,500 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include
  • Implementing a resident care plan
  • Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
  • Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
  • consulting with and validating data
  • record pertinent information in the patient record
  • identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
