Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a supportive environment that exemplifies best practices and outstanding customer service. This role fosters relationship-based care and upholds professional nursing standards guided by the ANA Code of Ethics, regional Nurse Practice Acts, and regulatory agency standards. Acute care settings include medical, surgical, emergency, intensive care, childbirth, pediatric, operating room, perianesthesia, endoscopy, and cardiac catheterization units.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage time and resources, prioritizing critical tasks while balancing short- and long-term goals.
  • Apply new knowledge and skills gained through ongoing education to improve patient care and promote cost-saving practices.
  • Make patient care assignments based on nurse expertise, patient acuity, and technical needs.
