Adecco is hiring Machine Operator for D shift: Night shift Thursday-Saturday and every other Wed, 6:30pm-7am. In Sanford, Fl.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position requires the operator to monitor the controls of a production line of 120 feet in length for an 12 hour shift. The operator is responsible for loading/unloading plastic hose products either in wrap coil form or packaged reels. The product is unloaded from coiling machinery and placed on a pallet at a frequency of between 4 to 15 min. intervals. The coils are moved either independently or with lift assistance depending on weight.

Basic training in machine operations, safety and quality control. Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted using proper body mechanics and up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Prolonged periods of walking and standing on concrete surface.

Accurately completing standardized production forms. Utilize basic measuring and observation equipment.

Determine between good product and scrap by interpreting basic test results using visual work instructions and independent judgement. Reading and understanding semi-complex work instructions. Understanding cause and effect of basic machine adjustments.

Initial two week training program on day shift (M-F, 6:30AM-3PM) before heading to assigned shift (first day of training is 8 am - 4pm)
• D shift: Night shift Thursday-Saturday and every other Wed, 6:30pm-7am.
