Job description

We are hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for a well-established precision manufacturing company in the Clearwater, FL area.

Available Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift
  • 3rd Shift
  • No 1st shift openings

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous CNC machine operating or machining experience
  • Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
  • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring tools
  • Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift

Preferred Experience:

  • Precision metal machining
  • CNC turning or milling
  • Multi-axis machining experience
  • Setup, offsets, tooling, or basic machine adjustments
  • Experience working with tight tolerances
