Lead Conversion Specialist Medical Practice
Location: In-Office | Fairfield, NJ
Schedule: MondayFriday | Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus (lead conversion) up to $35,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and experienced Lead Conversion Specialist to join our orthopedic medical practice. This is a fully in-office position in Fairfield, NJ, ideal for someone with a strong background in medical call handling or insurance-based patient outreach.
This role focuses on capturing, qualifying, and converting patient leads into scheduled medical appointments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, understands how to speak with patients about care, coverage, and next steps, and knows how to move conversations toward scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Call and follow up with inbound and warm patient leads
  • Engage patients professionally and empathetically while maintaining urgency
  • Educate patients on next steps for orthopedic evaluation and treatment
  • Overcome objections and convert leads into scheduled medical appointments
  • Schedule in-office and telemedicine appointments accurately
  • Document call outcomes, patient details, and scheduling activity in the system
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead-to-appointment conversion goals
