Job Summary
The Pharmacy 340B Program Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing program development and coordination support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to 340B baseline knowledge, drug purchasing, inventory processes, monthly reporting and audits, split-billing software maintenance, pharmacy department relationships, dispensing monitoring in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and all areas of program compliance. The analyst will be required to be competent in all 340B related software as well as have a thorough knowledge of all categories of covered entity status.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, statistics, or healthcare related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Three (3) years of compliance, business, finance, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of 340B related duties in a hospital or related healthcare field. Excellent customer service skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management, PowerPoint preferred.
