Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Schedule:

Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$42 – $45/hr


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Franklin Woods Center – 13013 for a 2nd shift opening. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, leadership ability, and experience supervising support staff.


Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations


Requirements
