1st Shift Customer Service Representative

Atlanta, Georgia Remote Work from home! Description

Are you looking for an entry-level customer service position where you can work from the comfort of your own home? Our Fortune 500 client is hiring customer service representatives for this summer. Apply Today!

Permanent Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 4:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST.

Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.

Must be available to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.
