  • Primary Function - Multi-Tier User Support (PWS 1.16.6.1, 1.16.6.2, 1.16.6.3): Provides prompt user support across all tier levels (with proficiency for Tier 2 and above escalation), expert technical guidance, and comprehensive technical assistance, strictly adhering to SLAs and performance standards across PAE HQ and 3 CPE Offices.
  • Cross-Functional Systems & Cyber Triage (PWS 1.16.3.1, 1.16.4.1):** Cross-trained in System Management for first-level VDI/endpoint troubleshooting (VM reconnections, profile resets, OS-level diagnostics) to increase first-call resolution rates. Cross-trained in basic Cybersecurity awareness for initial triage of suspected security incidents, ensuring potential malware or phishing events are documented with sufficient technical detail for immediate escalation, reducing incident response times.
