Summary
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.
This position has a starting pay rate of $19 an hour based on years of certification
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Two (2) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position is every Friday And Saturday, with an additional 8 hours of pay.

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
  • Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.

  • Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid certification in Ohio.
  • Experience in senior care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents safely.
