Full-Time 1099 CRNA | Outpatient Surgery Centers | No Call | No Nights | $10K Sign-On | Pennsylvania
Join a collaborative anesthesia team providing coverage at two efficient ambulatory surgery centers in the Exton / West Chester, PA area:
-Premier at Exton Surgery Center – Orthopedics, podiatry, and bread-and-butter anesthesia cases
-West Chester ASC – Total joint procedures
Providers who are open to rotating between both locations are preferred, though we’re happy to discuss scheduling preferences
We’re looking for a motivated CRNA who is looking to build a career that offers predictable hours, strong compensation, and true work-life balance
Schedule
Full-time 1099 position (M-F)
8-hour days with efficient OR schedules
Shorter surgical days in an ASC environment
No nights, no weekends, no call
Practice Highlights
Outpatient ASC setting
Generally no more than ~8 cases per day
Supportive, efficient surgical teams
Location Flexibility
Coverage across two nearby surgery centers preferred
Single-site assignment per day with scheduled rotation between locations
Compensation & Benefits
$10,000 sign-on bonus (1-year commitment)
Malpractice coverage provided
