Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively looking for experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing repair, maintenance, and service work orders. Our plumbing contractors handle a variety of residential plumbing services including repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and general maintenance while maintaining strong communication and professional service standards.

Requirements
  • Must work as an independent 1099 contractor
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Preferred: 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
  • Must own plumbing tools and dependable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving work orders
  • Comfortable using an online portal for communication, updates, and photo uploads
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must currently reside and operate within the United States
Disqualifiers
  • No active insurance coverage
  • Inability to complete onboarding requirements
  • Poor communication or unreliable transportation
  • Lack of plumbing tools required for service work
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
  • Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when necessary

  • Complete work orders according to company and client expectations
