1099 FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER who is ready to start now.

Our company is seeking a Full Charge 1099 Bookkeeper who is ready to start now!

You will be responsible for preparing and examining our company's financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • QuickBooks Online bank & credit cards reconciliation.
  • Preparations for tax returns.
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions.
  • Work closely with the accountant.
  • Submit records to the accountant.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounting as a full-charge bookkeeper.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online. (Not PC)
  • Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work in our office. We are not looking for a remote worker.
