Trade Shop Sales Representative

Uncapped Recurring Commission | 1099 Contractor | Remote | Set Your Own Hours

For full details and direct apply: https://app.automictrades.com/am

Spartan X Corp — Automic Trades

Remote within the United States

Do you know trade shops with a too-many-leads problem — missing calls and letting quotes slip because the office can't keep up?

Owners working nights on invoicing and books instead of running the business?

Shops that would happily pay for help if it didn't mean learning another complicated system?

If you can reach those owners, this is recurring income for you.

Build a portfolio of trade-shop customers and earn recurring commission for as long as they stay subscribed. Automic Trades provides AI-powered back-office support (invoicing, bookkeeping, payments, customer calls, scheduling, reviews, social) for independent trade businesses — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, marine, and similar.

Customers build a team of AI Specialists a la carte: $300/month each, Office Manager free with any hire. A typical shop runs two or three ($600–$900/month). You reach owners, close accounts, run onboarding, and keep the relationship after the sale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Commission-only 1099 contractor. No assigned territory, no commission cap. You earn recurring commission on every eligible customer you personally refer and support — a book of business that grows with your portfolio, not a one-time referral bonus.

COMPENSATION

10% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected, for as long as the customer stays active:

- 1 Specialist ($300/mo) — $30.00/mo

- 2 Specialists ($600/mo) — $60.00/mo

- 3 Specialists ($900/mo) — $90.00/mo

- Each additional paid seat ($50/mo) — $5.00/mo

Uncapped. Paid monthly through Stripe. Based on payments successfully collected, with a 30-day hold; reversed for refunds/chargebacks and voided if a customer cancels during the initial cycle. No minimum payout threshold.

INCOME POTENTIAL

For illustration only: ~100–150 active customers averaging two Specialists may generate ~$6,000–$9,000/month; ~200 customers ~$12,000–$15,000/month — depending on team size, retention, and paid seats. These are illustrations, not guarantees; results vary with performance, retention, and effort.

This is NOT a multilevel marketing program — no downline, no recruiting commission. You earn only on customers you personally refer and support.

WHO SUCCEEDS

A background in sales, business development, or account management — ideally in or selling to the skilled trades. Comfortable prospecting and handling rejection, able to explain technology plainly, and as serious about retention as the initial close. Works independently and is motivated by performance-based, recurring pay.

REQUIREMENTS

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and residing in an eligible state; government-issued ID for identity verification; Form W-9; a Stripe account; completion of onboarding training and a short product assessment before receiving an active referral link; your own phone, computer, and internet. Identity verification is an anti-fraud measure, not a criminal background check.

GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY

Accepting contractors in eligible U.S. states. Not currently accepting contractors in California, Massachusetts, or New Jersey. The contractor agreement is governed by Texas law, subject to applicable state and federal law.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Personal referral link, an Automic Trades email address, a customer/commission dashboard, product and sales training, onboarding and setup materials, and marketing support. You develop relationships and close; our product and technical teams handle the platform.
