Work alongside a collegial mix of general, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists, supported by 9 nurse practitioners and dedicated hospitalists. With Cleveland Clinic Connected resources and a focus on value-based care, this role supports both clinical excellence and professional growth without RVU pressure. Position Highlights:

  • Diverse team: 4 general, 3 interventional, and 2 electrophysiologists
  • 1–2 days/week of outreach within 30 minutes of the hospital
  • Manageable volume: ~22 patients/day with balanced clinic/inpatient focus
  • 1:6 call with generous APP and hospitalist support; additional call pay optional
  • Imaging resources: Echo, TEE, Nuclear/PET, CT—state-of-the-art technology
  • Cleveland Clinic Connected site with shared protocols and CME
  • $600K base salary + $100K sign-on bonus
