Seeking an experienced Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join as Core Faculty for our ACGME accredited Family Medicine Residency Program in eastern Indiana.
Highlights:

  • Seeking a physician with 2+ years of experience as faculty
  • Our residency program is unopposed and approved for over 15 resident slots
  • Inpatient and outpatient teaching
  • Enjoy teaching in a single hospital community with low managed care environment, supportive medical staff and the lowest malpractice rates in the country
  • Join a team of 1 program director, 3 core physician faculty, 1 faculty psychologist, 1 director of GME, 1 clinical supervisor, 2 medical education assistants, and 12 clinical staff
  • Epic EMR
  • Mix of Practice - 75% precepting, 10% lectures and 15% administrative

Compensation Details:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Signing bonus of $60k
  • Student loan repayment up to $100k + qualifying PSLF site
  • Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
  • 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision
  • 30 days paid vacation annually
  • $5K annual CME allowance
