Andy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our high-volume new vehicle sales department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has a track record of driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation
  • Up to $200,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing new vehicle sales team
  • Desk and structure 75โ€“100 deals per month
  • Maximize profitability through effective deal management and leasing strategies
  • Maintain CSI scores above regional averages
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants
  • Ensure accountability to sales processes, CRM follow-up, and daily performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to achieve dealership sales objectives
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance to maximize results
Qualifications
  • Domestic franchise experience preferred
  • General Motors (GM) experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong desking, leasing, and deal structuring skills
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold sales teams accountable
