As a global leader in the Injection molding tool industry, our client provides design, build, manufacture, repair, and maintenance solutions for customers around the world. Our client is known for the diversity in the projects that are handled - small to large scale, simple to complex, and a complete range of mold commodities.
Job description:
The CNC Machining Department Leader is responsible for overseeing all operations within the CNC machining division. This includes ensuring on-time delivery, quality output, and efficient workflow for new builds, engineering changes, and repair projects related to plastic injection molding. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and is committed to continuous improvement and team development.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all CNC machining jobs.
  • Ensure scheduled production tasks in the CNC department are maintained.
  • Review incoming jobs (New Builds, Engineering Changes, Repairs) with the management team and assign direction to appropriate team members.
  • Verify and ensure team members manage all assigned tasks within schedule.
