Job description
Our client has long been the premier diving contractor in the United States for all pipeline inspection, repair, and construction. Today, the company has grown and employs the personnel and management to act as your general contractor or turnkey design build firm for all pipeline and general civil construction and repair.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead the team and clients through various projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will provide strong organizational skills, proactive leadership, and a strategic approach to manage workflows, resources, and communication across projects. There is very strong leadership potential in this role.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who has managed a team of 4 individuals and is looking to untilmately grow into a leadership role where there will be impact to manage a team, manage resources, be client facing and help the business run smoothly overall.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead the team and clients through various projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will provide strong organizational skills, proactive leadership, and a strategic approach to manage workflows, resources, and communication across projects. There is very strong leadership potential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear and organized project documentation; provide reports to leadership on project status, challenges, and achieve
Compensation & Benefits
- Base = $100k-$125k, depending on experience
- No company health/dental benefits at this time and will consider a stipend for benefits
- Company time off and 2 week vacation
- Cell will be provided
- Laptop will be provided
- Hybrid work may be considered after fully ramped up with established leadership
