Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and deadlines. Leadership & Team Management:

• Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities by utilizing (Referrals, inbound leads, LinkedIn, warm/cold emails & phone calls, in-person visits, networking, etc.)
• Player/Coach Role: Balance hands-on sales work with coaching and mentoring responsibilities, ensuring team members receive the support and guidance they need.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Set clear sales goals, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
