Job description


Job Responsibilities:
• Develop advanced proficiency in navigating Wealth Plan and related planning tools to provide accurate and timely support for client financial planning.
• Respond to and resolve first-level inquiries related to Wealth Plan, including assisting with data inputs, clarifying methodology, and troubleshooting "how-to" questions from advisors.
• Build a deep understanding of JPMWM's wealth planning philosophy and U.S. financial planning topics.
• Provide ad-hoc training to advisors and team members based on questions and issues that arise through the help desk.
• Share updates on new platform enhancements and educate advisors on how to use new features.
• Gather feedback from advisors and relay it to technology teams to support ongoing platform improvements.
• Maintain clear records of inquiries and identify opportunities to streamline support processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on planning tools, methodologies, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial planning software or CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to learn complex systems and concepts quickly.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client service.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support multiple teams and projects.
