Director Workforce Management.
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days a week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Director Workforce Management oversees Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, and Data Analysis.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Requirements
BA/BS with a minimum of 6 years' experience in management, inventory management, data analysis and/or reporting or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $141,120 -$221,760
