Work with Willow has partnered with an organization seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and support a growing counseling program. This is a full-time, salaried role offering an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization. This role is a mix of providing program management, direct clinical counseling services, coordinating services, training staff, and participating in mental health advocacy.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, (Work from Home Fridays)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide oversight for the Counseling Program and staff.

  • Offer counseling to those experiencing personal, emotional, or behavioral concerns.

  • Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when needed.

  • Coordinate care with outside community mental health resources.

  • Develop and deliver workshops and trainings focused on mental health, trauma-informed care, and suicide prevention.

  • Evaluate counseling outcomes and help strengthen support services.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Current Ohio licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW).

  • 2–5 years of related experience, preferably working with youth and adults.

  • Strong skills in crisis intervention, collaboration, and mental health advocacy.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations if needed.
