Job description

What qualifications you will need:
BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and ENPC
Florida Registered Nurse licensure
Trauma Nursing Core Course, or TNCC Instructor
Strong computer and hospital informatics skills: Microsoft Office Familiarity with American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma requirements
Strong networking abilities and public speaking skills
Excellent customer service skills ability to communicate with patients, physicians, and staff as appropriate
Attend TOPIC course within one year of hire
Minimum of 3 years recent leadership experience in Trauma nursing to include Project management and Trauma Performance Improvement Clinician Quality/Performance Improvement preferred
Manager or Director level experience required
