Job description

We are seeking (2) dedicated Human Resources Specialists to manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct employee relations investigations, and handle position classifications. This role ensures workforce compliance, supports organizational readiness through training facilitation and performance management, and adheres strictly to State of Ohio policies. Proficiency in OAKS/Taleo and OnBase is required to drive talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, utilizing OAKS/Taleo for applicant tracking and hiring processes.
  • Employee Relations: Conduct comprehensive investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation and compliance.
