Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate OR Circulator Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced ambulatory surgery team. In this role, you will manage patient care throughout the perioperative phase, advocate for safety during ophthalmic procedures (such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal, and oculoplastic surgeries), and maintain strict sterile fields in a specialized outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Preferred skills: IVs, Paper charting.

Additional Requirements

• No on-call, weekends, overnights, or holidays.
• Schedule includes M-F with a 7/8AM start time, aiming to finish by 4:30PM daily.
• Flexible 4 or 5 days/week with shifts guaranteed 32 to 35 hours per week, up to 40 hours depending on the monthly Friday schedule/patient volume.
