Job Description: **CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention With Advanced Physical Skills (APS) is required for this role**

Essential Functions and Duties:

· Ability to organize and coordinate nursing care
delivery for clients assigned.

· No performance deficiencies caused by failure to
adapt to new techniques.

· Ability to direct others in health care delivery.

· Requires regular talking and hearing.

· Must be able to stand 4-6 hours.

· Provides direct client care activities if
required, in accordance with

· Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object

Position Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Illinois license. B.S.N. preferred

or equivalent years of experience. BLS certification required. Demonstrates clinical competence; Assumes
responsibility for own continued personal and professional growth.

Preferred Skills and Abilities: 

Ability to operate standard office equipment (i.e. copier, facsimile machine, 10-key, etc.); personal computer and printer and specific computer software (MS Office applications and Meditech).

Physical Demands:

· Requires grasping and reaching with hands/arms.

· Ability to lift up to, but not limited to 25 pounds when assisting clients, turning clients or assisting client with activities.

· Requires bending, stooping, and walking.

· Requires good body mechanics to prevent injury.
