Job description

Job Description
Infoverity is seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. In this role, you will craft scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems, empowering clients to unlock the potential of trusted data for advanced analytics and AI-driven innovations.
As organizations increasingly rely on clean, high-quality data to support digital transformation and AI adoption, your expertise will ensure MDM/PIM platforms create the foundation for AI-ready data ecosystems. You will integrate these solutions seamlessly with broader cloud platforms, data lakes, and analytics architectures, enabling reliable datasets that are primed for AI and machine learning initiatives.
This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional passionate about empowering organizations through strategic data solutions, mentoring teams, and directly shaping enterprise readiness for transformational goals like AI-driven automation and analytics excellence.
NOTE: This job can be done remote. Relocation to Dublin, Ohio, is not needed.
Client Advisory and Leadership
  • Partner with clients to analyze business challenges, define technical requirements, and craft solution blueprints that address key goals such as improving data quality for operational efficiency and preparing datasets for AI use cases.
  • Guide clients through the design of workflows and governance processes while driving educational conversations around the role of MDM and PIM in enabling future-proof data strategies that align with analytics and AI ambitions.

Lead MDM & PIM Solution Architecture
  • Act as the primary architect for MDM and PIM solutions, designing scalable data models, workflows, hierarchy configurations, and matching/merging schemas to align with business objectives and ensure high-quality, AI-ready data.

  • Develop architecture patterns and best practices that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of enterprise data, positioning MDM/PIM solutions as a cornerstone for reliable analytics and AI model performance.

  • Ensure MDM/PIM architectures align with modern data strategies, seamlessly integrating with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and enabling clean, structured data pipelines for advanced analytics and AI development.

Implementation & Team Enablement
  • Oversee the successful configuration and deployment of leading MDM/PIM systems (e.g., Informatica, Stibo, Reltio, Syndigo), ensuring alignment to governance and AI-readiness requirements.

  • Mentor junior consultants and technical teams in MDM/PIM methodologies, focusing on embedding data quality processes to support both operational success and AI-driven decision-making.

  • Deliver high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, governance processes, and user guidelines that enable clients to maintain clean, usable data.

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to build rigorous solution testing frameworks, ensuring outputs meet metadata, data integration, and quality standards necessary for decision-making and AI workflows.

Enhance Data Quality & AI Readiness
  • Design MDM/PIM workflows and governance structures that embed data quality checks, validation rules, and stewardship processes into enterprise data pipelines.

  • Enable dynamic lineage tracking and metadata management that ensures enterprise data is fully traceable, reliable, and ready for consumption by analytics and AI platforms.

  • Lead post-implementation evaluations to identify opportunities to further enhance governance, quality, and AI-readiness of MDM/PIM systems.

  • Actively promote a data-first, AI-ready mindset within client organizations, highlighting the importance of high-quality data as the foundation for advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM/PIM solutions with platforms such as Informatica, Stibo, Reltio, or Syndigo.

  • Deep knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) for domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Location, with a focus on creating high-quality, AI-ready data foundations.

  • Solid background in building integration solutions (ETL, API, real-time) to connect MDM hubs with operational systems, analytics platforms, and AI pipelines.

  • Proficiency with modern data platforms and engineering tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or SQL, with a focus on supporting end-to-end data quality and AI-readiness capabilities.

  • Strong communication skills to translate technical designs into actionable business outcomes and demonstrate the value of MDM/PIM solutions in driving organizational transformation.

  • Consulting experience with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements from strategy through implementation.
