Position Summary

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will define the vision and lead all company-wide activities related to revenue generation, growth, and profitability across Tradesmen International.

This executive will support all revenue-producing functions, including Field Sales Excellence, National/Strategic Accounts, Solution Sales and Operations Sup`port, and Revenue Operations (RevOps), with a critical mandate to align sales, recruiting, and field operations in a highly distributed, local-market model.

The CRO will be accountable for top-line growth, margin expansion, and demand generation, while ensuring the company’s Total Labor Support® solutions are effectively commercialized across all markets and client segments.

This leader will establish the strategy, systems, and analytics required to forecast demand, optimize workforce utilization, and maximize revenue capture in a dynamic skilled labor market.

Leads multiple senior leaders (VP+ level) across revenue functions

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Executive Leadership

Develop and own the company-wide revenue vision and multi-year growth strategy

Lead execution of high-impact initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Define KPIs and OKRs to measure performance across all revenue-generating functions

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand revenue streams, markets, and services

Design and deploy new products and solutions

Lead and optimize a distributed, multi-market sales organization with matrix over site

Align field sales, national accounts, and operations to ensure seamless execution

Drive performance across key metrics:
