Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time , In-Office
Location: Urbana, OH
HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Pay: Base Salary 55k-90k base ( based on license type and credentials) + Uncapped Commission- Relocation 10k available

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
- Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
- Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
- Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
- Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
- Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
- Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
- Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
- Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
- Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner

- Participate in leadership development and growth initiatives

- Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements
