• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation is meticulously completed and adheres to regulatory standards while maintaining timely communication with the clinical team.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to the individual needs of clients.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold company standards.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, as necessary.
• Promote transparency and open communication among staff and stakeholders to strengthen community ties and facilitate mutual support.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to expand program visibility and identify funding opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.
• Represent the agency at relevant community events, promoting our mission and values to encourage collaborations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the needs of the organization.

As an LMHC at Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use, and those requiring support due to developmental challenges or acquired brain injuries. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting their well-being and independence through tailored interventions.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.
• Valid and independent LMHC licensure is required; we will assist with any relocation licensing fees if you are currently licensed in another state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms to deliver services and track client progress.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or with electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, especially for clients with co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with community resources and mental health service systems.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly, contingent upon experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
