What you'll do:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technology Professional to join our team and provide crucial support as part of Corporate Systems Technology segment. As an Engineer III in Application Support team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our business applications. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, has a can-do attitude, outcome-focused, and fosters teamwork. As an Engineer III, you'll contribute to team dialogue and activities in a collaborative environment.
  • Manage and support the applications in Corporate Systems Technology portfolio.This includes CMDB inventory, patch validations, updates, and custom configurations to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate applications with other IT systems, business applications and databases ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.
  • Provide user support by resolving incidents and answering questions.Create and maintain runbooks and other documentation that may be used to assist with support.
  • Work closely with the business owners, risk management, vendor management, compliance, change management, incident management and other IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of development, support, and/or implementation experience for enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Additional knowledgeable in governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews and architectural compliance.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
