Part-time Zoom Support Managers

Flexible Location

TNTP seeks Part-time Zoom Support Managers to support multiple workstreams in Texas with the Zoom management of facilitated content. This position is based in a home office anywhere in the U.S.

The Texas Education Agency High-Quality Instruction Materials Planning and Implementation project supports the adoption and implementation of HQIM in Texas. Across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, TNTP helps to provide access to rigorous, grade-level content and instruction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Part-time Zoom Support Manager, you will help support operations during facilitated content.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of Zoom and Teams operations (e.g. breakout rooms, polls)

  • Comfortable supporting facilitators with operation needs in the moment

  • Ability to problem solve any technical issues that may arise

  • Review tech cues and communicate with facilitator to ensure preparation for session

  • Support with general questions in the chat

Specific Time Commitment:

You will support training sessions on an as-needed basis. Sessions may range from one to eight hours and will take place between September 2026 and August 2027. You will likely support 1 to 4 sessions per month, depending on training frequency and the availability of other Zoom Support Managers. There may also be an opportunity to extend your support into the 2027-28 school year. Please note this is not a full-time position, and hours are not guaranteed.
