Position summary:
Serves as a key liaison between customers, internal business functions, and TS Tech Group companies. This role focuses on program coordination, cost analysis, and quotation management, rather than traditional direct sales activities.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to support business decisions that impact program success, cost performance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a business, manufacturing, supply chain, or analytical role preferred

Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, and cost data to support business decisions
  • Experience or exposure to RFQ and quotation processes, BOMs, or technical drawings preferred
  • Understanding of accounting, finance, purchasing, or supply chain concepts is a plus

Primary Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer RFQs and quotations, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with company objectives
  • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and planning teams to gather inputs and support program development
  • Serve as a communication liaison between internal departments and customer contacts, delivering clear and timely information
  • Analyze cost data, BOM structures, and program changes to support pricing decisions and identify risks or cost improvement opportunities
  • Track program timelines, prioritize deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects
  • Support development and maintenance of commercial documentation to ensure proper compensation to TS Tech Group companies
  • Interpret technical drawings and program requirements to support quoting and feasibility analysis
  • Prepare reports, data analysis, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Lead or support assigned projects and cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating ownership and accountability
  • Promote continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, process improvement) to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure adherence to company approval processes, policies, and financial controls
  • Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • It is an essential function of this position that the Associate be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week. TSAM operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that cannot be achieved in a home office environment.
