Job description

Position: Sr. Account Manager
Location: Milpitas, CA
Type: Fulltime, Direct Hire, Onsite
Primary responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 customers including Apple, on new product development to bring up product ramp.
  • Nurture existing relationships through regular engagement and support.
  • Based upon day-to-day engagement with our customers, products, and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required.
  • Responsible for RFQ to supply base for NPI programs.
  • Support sales and marketing activities by actively retrieving market information and opportunities.
  • Negotiate liabilities with customers and retrieve PO when applicable.
  • Travel to meet customers on-site and at factories.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Read, Write & Speak Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in quotation management
  • Demonstrated project & program management skills
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Persistent, goal/deadline -driven work style
  • Be critical thinking and be proactive in finding and solving issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English/Chinese/Mandarin bilingual is required
