Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager, Onsite Deployment, to support data center deployment activities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong organizational skills and an interest in project management, operations, and technical deployment environments.
The Project Manager will coordinate incoming customer and internal requests related to onsite deployment services. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, service, and other internal teams to help define scope of work, gather required inputs, support quotation development, and assist in driving projects from request intake through execution readiness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Coordinate incoming requests for onsite data center deployment support
• Work with internal stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, assumptions, and deliverables
• Support development of statements of work, project documentation, and customer quotations
• Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up with the appropriate teams
• Help manage project timelines, action items, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication across sales, engineering, operations, service, and deployment teams
• Assist in preparing project updates, status reports, and internal handoff documentation
• Ensure scope, pricing inputs, and execution requirements are aligned before project launch
• Support continuous improvement of deployment coordination processes and tools
• Maintain organized records for active and completed requests
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business, engineering, project management, operations, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, customer support, or a related role is a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and following up to drive closure
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical deployment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
Salary Range
$75,000 - $90,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
