Job Description SENIOR SALES MANAGER ENGINEERED PRODUCTS, NORTH AMERICA JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities across North America.

This senior commercial position will manage significant key accounts while developing a strong pipeline of new opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with customers and global cross-functional teams throughout the RFQ, quotation, negotiation, order fulfillment, and product commercialization processes.

This position is based in the Raleigh/Garner, North Carolina area and follows a hybrid work arrangement consisting of three days onsite and two days working from home. Periodic travel to customer and manufacturing locations is required.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant commercial experience will also be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of five years of progressive B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management experience within industrial manufacturing or engineered products.
  • Proven success managing significant key accounts, growing existing business, and developing new customers.
  • Experience managing RFQs, quotations, pricing, revenue forecasting, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to commercial and technical details.
