The Quotation Specialist is a key member of the Service & Product Support (SPS) team, responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations for spares, repairs, exchanges, and service-related offerings. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and internal operations teams to ensure customer requests are processed efficiently, priced correctly, and fully compliant with Siemens policies and processes. This position plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, revenue capture, and quote-to-order conversion by balancing speed, accuracy, and excellence.
We are looking for a Quotation Specialist. This position is hybrid and can be based in: Harleysville, PA; Lebanon, OH; Johnson City, TN; Elk Grove Village, IL; or Alpharetta, GA.

  • Process and manage customer requests for quotations related to spare parts, repairs, advanced exchanges, and service offerings
  • Prepare and issue quotations using Siemens systems such as SAP, SalesForce and iQuote.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, lead times, terms & conditions, and required approvals are correctly applied
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify scope and resolve issues
  • Manage quote revisions, follow-ups, and status updates to support timely customer decisions
  • Maintain compliance with Siemens policies, service processes, and financial controls
  • Support quotation KPIs including quote lead time and hit rate
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to quote status, pricing clarification, and documentation
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by adopting enhanced quoting workflows, automation, and AI-assisted validations within SAP, CPQ, and related tools
  • Contribute to workshops, pilots, and strategic projects with a focus on AI-driven process optimization, automation opportunities, and continuous digital improvement across the service lifecycle.

  • At least 5 years of professional work experience in a sales/customer support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with or willingness to learn AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted CRM features).

  • High level of self-motivation, productivity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Call Center environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and quotation tools.
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted CRM functions) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, or customer support workflows.
  • Demonstrated excitement about learning and applying emerging AI technologies to improve processes, problem-solving, and customer experience.

The pay range for this position is $40,555 - $69,523 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
