We're seeking an Inside Sales & Quoting Support Specialist to support quoting, RFQs, pipeline management, and sales operations activities for a growing leader in the aquatics and commercial equipment industry. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced sales team, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while making a direct impact on revenue operations.
Responsibilities
  • Review, route, and manage incoming RFQs from internal teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare and support customer quotes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, scope, and timelines
  • Track opportunities from RFQ through close and maintain pipeline visibility
  • Update CRM records and sales tracking systems
  • Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to support project execution
  • Provide sales support during high-volume periods
  • Help improve quoting processes and operational efficiency
  • Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, administrative support, or related roles
  • Experience working with quotes, RFQs, sales pipelines, or project coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with sales tracking, workflow, or project management systems is a plus
